1. Arctic fox tail

   I am very pleased with the whole ordering, shipping, and delivery process. The tail was shipped in an appropriate size box versus being smashed into something smaller. The size was consistent with what I had ordered. This was important to me since I recently had to return an item to a different company after receiving a much smaller tail than what I had paid for. All and all I'm very pleased with the service.

   Quality fur tails! No twists, no odor. Quality grommets and chains. Great service, answered the phone, fielded questions (on a Saturday) and shipped them quickly so I got them before Christmas!
